As the design develops, we coordinate structural, electrical and plumbing consultants and prepare clear drawings for approvals and construction. Because the same studio designs the interiors, the inside and outside of the building are planned as one.

Yes. Independent homes and villas are a large part of our architecture work, alongside offices and small commercial buildings.
Can you help with building plan approvals?
Yes. We prepare the drawings needed for approval and guide you through the process with the local authority.
Do you also design the interiors?
Yes. Many clients choose one studio for both, so the building and its interiors are planned together and handed over ready to move in.
Can you work with my builder?
Absolutely. We can provide design and drawings and supervise your builder, or deliver the project turnkey with our own team.
