The role
Take ownership of residential and commercial projects from concept to handover, working directly with clients, consultants and site teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop concepts into complete design packages.
- Prepare drawings and material schedules in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
- Present to clients and manage design reviews.
- Coordinate consultants and visit site regularly.
You bring
- Degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
- Three or more years of relevant practice.
- A strong portfolio of built work.
- Clear written and spoken English.
The role
Turn design intent into photo-real images and walkthroughs that help clients decide with confidence.
Responsibilities
- Build accurate 3D models from drawings.
- Produce still renders and short animations.
- Work with designers on lighting and materials.
You bring
- Fluency in 3ds Max, V-Ray or Corona.
- An eye for light, composition and texture.
- A portfolio of interior visualisations.
The role
Be the studio's presence on site, making sure what is built matches what was drawn.
Responsibilities
- Run day-to-day coordination with contractors.
- Track progress, quality and safety.
- Report weekly to the design team and clients.
You bring
- Experience supervising interior fit-outs.
- Ability to read and question technical drawings.
- Calm, organised and dependable.
