From brief to idea.
The brief
A family of five wanted a calm home that opens to the lake without losing privacy from the road. Bedrooms needed quiet, while the ground floor had to host large gatherings.
Our idea
We arranged the living spaces as one long room facing the water, framed by deep timber louvres. Stone floors run from inside to the terrace, so the house and garden read as one.
